Yuki Tsunoda might not be on the 2026 grid, but he is still very much involved in the world of F1. The Japanese star has been wowing the crowds in San Francisco at a special Red Bull demo.
Tsunoda lost his race seat at the end of the 2025 season, having partnered Max Verstappen for much of the year. But he remains an integral part of the Red Bull family, as their Reserve and Test Driver.
As such, he will have been hard at work in the simulator for the team as they prepare for the 2026 season, but that did not mean there has been no time for some fun.
Tsunoda got behind the wheel of the RB7, the machine that carried Sebastian Vettel to the title back in 2011, for some very special laps of Marina Boulevard.
The event was part of a celebration of the Red Bull Ford partnership, with the Milton Keynes-based team running their own Red Bull Ford Powertrains engines this year.
