HIGHLIGHTS: Catch the action from FP3 in Spain as Piastri sets the pace from Norris
Oscar Piastri finished the third and final practice session ahead of the Spanish Grand Prix at the top of the timesheets, the McLaren driver setting the pace by half a second from team mate Lando Norris.
As the Qualifying simulations came in during the final third of the hour, Piastri went quickest via an effort of 1m 12.387s. Norris, meanwhile, had a wide moment during his first flying lap before recovering on his second – but the Briton had to settle for P2, 0.525s adrift of the other papaya car.
FP3: Piastri quickest ahead of Norris and Leclerc in third practice for the Spanish Grand Prix
Charles Leclerc was the closest challenger to the McLaren cars after putting his Ferrari into third place, while George Russell went fourth fastest for Mercedes and Max Verstappen rounded out the top five in the Red Bull.
