PADDOCK PASS: Hear from the drivers as they prepare to do battle in Bahrain
The Formula 1 drivers found themselves back on familiar ground as they arrived at the Bahrain International Circuit to prepare for the Bahrain Grand Prix originally intended as round two of the 2020 season – but which now finds itself as round 15 of 17.
Both drivers’ and constructors’ titles may now have been sewn up for 2020, but there was still plenty for the drivers to discuss in the Bahrain paddock, as thoughts now turn to the tight battles for P4 in the drivers’ standings and P3 in the constructors’ – while for a number of drivers on the grid, there was also the question of their battle to stay in F1 for 2021.
