RACE START: Watch the exciting getaway as Norris snatches lead from Leclerc in the United States GP

There was action aplenty at the start of the United States Grand Prix as Lando Norris surged ahead of pole-sitter Charles Leclerc to take the lead.

The McLaren driver showed fast reactions as the lights went out, enabling him to sweep ahead of Leclerc into Turn 1, while the Monegasque’s Ferrari team mate Carlos Sainz overtook Lewis Hamilton for third.

Oscar Piastri looked to have made contact with Esteban Ocon further back with the Australian going on to attempt a challenge on world champion Max Verstappen for fifth.
