Max Verstappen left it late in his FP2 qualifying simulation run to set the fastest time of the opening day at the Monaco Grand Prix.
Verstappen set a time of 1m 12.462s to lead home favourite Charles Leclerc, in second, by just 0.065s in the second practice session in Monte Carlo. Leclerc's Ferrari team mate, Carlos Sainz, was third by 0.107s despite a crash late in the session.
