Leclerc congratulates Hamilton, and explains issues that caused his own DNF
Charles Leclerc was forced to retire from the Barcelona-Catalunya Grand Prix late in the race, and said afterwards he had “no brakes, no power steering, no shifts”. He also offered his congratulations to team mate Lewis Hamilton, who won the race.
